Kim Marshall has several years of experience in plain language, search engine optimization, content management, and content strategy. She is the Digital Media Manager at NeighborWorks America, where she administers the website and oversees social media. Prior to her start at NeighborWorks, Ms. Marshall worked at the Legal Services Corporation as Researcher, Editor and Writer and assisted the organization with its website redesign to consolidate five domains into a single, impactful portal. Ms. Marshall's legal aid career started at Arkansas Legal Services Partnership as Content Developer and Project Manager. During her time there, she developed content for a number of justice technology projects and assisted with project management, event planning, and grant reporting. As a member of the legal aid tech community, she has presented on topics like web writing, accessibility, and tech tips. Ms. Marshall received her B.A. in Writing and Mass Communications, emphasis in journalism, from the University of Central Arkansas.
