Emily Jarrell is a Staff Attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. The Volunteer Lawyers Project provides free legal services to low-income residents of the Greater Boston area primarily through the pro bono services of private attorneys. Emily practices in consumer and bankruptcy law and helped start the Fair Debt Collection Lawyer of the Day project in the Boston Municipal Court. Emily is also working on the pro bono innovation grant using technology to assist clients and pro bono attorneys in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases using online questionnaires and Direct Law.
